Home HIIT works when it respects your calendar and your joints. The goal is not maximum sweat every day. The goal is brief, honest intervals that raise conditioning while leaving room for strength, walking, and sleep.

Start with two HIIT days per week if you sit most of the day. Add a third only after two calm weeks with stable sleep. Pair HIIT with one strength circuit and one mobility or yoga session.

A proven FitAndGrow pattern: HIIT Flash or Boxer Burn for conditioning, Power or Sculpt for strength density, and Desk Undo or Yin Evening for recovery. Keep total hard sessions under 35 minutes until consistency is automatic.

Warm up for three to five minutes — marches, arm circles, hip openers, and empty reps of the first move. Cold-starting HIIT is how necks and knees join the chat.

During intervals, leave one or two reps in reserve on early rounds. Intensity should climb across the session, not crater by minute six. Quality lanes beat ego sprints.

After HIIT, cool down with nasal breathing and light walking. Open Mind for a short downshift if you still feel wired. Evening cortisol loves unfinished intervals.

Fuel a hard session with a familiar carbohydrate earlier in the day when possible. Do not discover a brand-new spicy meal thirty minutes before you train.

Track how you feel 24 hours later more than how loud the workout felt. If stairs feel awful and sleep tanks, you did not earn a badge — you earned a lighter week.

Use Executive Energy if you want the planning done for you. Otherwise, schedule HIIT on the two days you least travel and protect those slots like client calls.
